CW Lundberg is looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to work closely with production and contribute to safe operations in a manufacturing industry where quality, teamwork, and development are in focus!

About the role

As a maintenance technician with us, you will be an important part of production and a key person in ensuring stable, safe, and efficient operations. You will be part of a smaller maintenance team and work closely with both production and the production manager.

In this role, you will work with planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across the entire area of responsibility, which includes both machinery and facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that the facility and machines are in the best possible condition through structured and proactive maintenance. You will use our maintenance system as a natural support in daily work for planning, documentation, and follow-up of maintenance efforts.

You will coordinate and manage external suppliers and contractors and carry out purchases of spare parts according to applicable framework agreements. You will actively contribute to continuous improvements and be a resource in the strategic business development related to production.

The role includes responsibility for safety and quality, and you will act upon any suspicion of quality deviations or identified safety risks. Planned maintenance may occur in the evenings or on weekends if necessary, in consultation with colleagues.

About you

We believe that you who are applying have experience from a similar role in the manufacturing industry and have good technical and mechanical knowledge as well as electrical knowledge. You have a good understanding of production flows, processes, and are used to working systematically with both preventive and corrective maintenance. You have certifications such as hot work, forklift license, and lift training, as well as experience with maintenance and quality systems, such as MaintMaster, VISTA-TAC, fire alarms, or control systems.

You are structured, meticulous, and analytical with a drive to develop and improve. You thrive on responsibility and collaboration, see what needs to be done, and help where needed, even outside your own department. You are curious and want to develop in your professional role and have the ambition to grow into greater responsibility over time. With good communication skills and an inclusive working style, you contribute to common goals and a pleasant workplace.
